So I don't feel well. I don't think I'm going to work. I need to rest. Did do 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch.

Did 10 minutes .5 mile followed by lying adductions, seated bicep curls, tricep dips, pushups, 30 minutes 2 miles and finally stretching.

So I'm done for this morning. Did 60 minutes 4 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Watching the Olympics while getting ready for work. Have to go to the store on my way in though.

Did 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions, seated bicep curls, tricep dips, alternating bicep curls, and modified pushups. Stretching next. Getting hot already 75 degrees at 9 o'clock will try to get out this evening for my bike miles. Rest will all be indoors today.
