So I got up late for me again. Feeling better getting some extra sleep. Went for a 35 minute 5.1 mile bike ride with Nick. Then I did my ST of lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips, squats, modified pushups, and modified planks. Then my stretching. Will start cutting back on my exercise during the week preparing to go back to school and extra hours at work.

I didn't get up until 6:00 this morning. Got up and Sparked. I figured out my meals for today and then made breakfast. I was being lazy and didn't start my exercise until 9:00. Did do 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions, banana(which I just learned from the Spark fitness library of exercises where you lift legs and arms at same time to form a banana shape), seated bicep curls, tricep dips, modified pushups and modified planks followed by a stretch.
