Today, I promise I will not quit.

I pledge that no matter, how many ups and downs I pass through, I will continue on my journey.

I pledge to make a NEW START today, and forgive myself for my past, and to stop being so critical of myself.

After resting my legs some over the last 2 days pulled off 4.5 miles in 60 minutes followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, and some stretches.

    Sounds like a plan in the makings. I have a lot of heavy duty cleaning planned for my exercising today. Moving furniture, vacuuming, shampooing. It will take me most of the day but I'll most likely only use 1 hr of it.

legs a little tired today took 60 minutes to do the same 3.5 miles today. Followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips, plank, stretches.
