CARDIO STREAK 469
STRENGTH STREAK 417

Did 30 minutes 1.8 miles. My calves are pretty sore right now. I will do more when I get home. I also did lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, a plank, and some pushups. Today was extra strength also. I followed with some stretching. Maybe I'll try extra stretching each day to help with the calf tightness.

STRENGTH STREAK 416

Did 30 minutes 2.2 miles followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Will do a little more later. Trying to transition to half morning and half night since soon it will be too dark to get outside in the morning and I'll have to do stair master.

    Glad you will be able to adjust when the time changes. I will be walking at 7:00 a.m. rather than at 6:30 a.m. when the time changes. We are walking earlier because it is still hot.

So I made banana nut pancakes. Did 20 minutes 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips, planks, bicycle crunches, and pushups. Then I did some stretching. Will do more cardio later.
