CARDIO STREAK 474
STRENGTH STREAK 422

Got up early took my shower and did my sparking. Did 5 minutes on stairmaster followed by my lying adductions. Did some more Sparking as it was struggling to get a little lighter I went for a 60 minute 3.5 mile walk. Have class tonight.

I did my treadmill this morning even though my lower back was hurting - glad I did - my back feels a little better.

Did 20 minute 1 mile walk followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips and planks. Then I did some stretches. Have to go to the store hoping one of the locals has onions so I don't have to go to East Greenbush. I'm not in the mood to drive 20 minutes for an onion.

So I got in a 10 minute .5 mile walk to raise my heart rate before doing my strength. Squats, tricep dips, alternating bicep curls, and lying adductions followed by some stretching. Will go for a nice long walk in a little while.

So I didn't want to get out of bed again this morning. Yesterday was a long day. I had to go to the Allergy Dr. after work 4:15 appt. I got there at 4 they took me in about 15 minutes later and gave me the breathing test. Then put me back in the waiting room where I sat for half an hour before they could bring me to a room I didn't leave until 5:45 then was stuck in traffic and didn't get home until 6:20. Eat dinner did a little exercise and had my snack and went to bed.
This morning I did a 10 minute .5 mile walk folowed by lying adductions and a stretch will do most of my exercise when I get home tonight.

Did 20 minutes 1.5 miles followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Tired this morning. I'm not wanting to get up in the morning. Will do more exercise later since I'm doing half in the morning and half at night now. Took nick's suits to the taylor to get them taken in for me to wear since I'll be graduating in december and need to go on job interviews.

    I think it is great that you are dividing up exercises. I also do this because it helps me unwind after working all day. Relieves stress! emoticon And you will meet all of your goals. How exciting that you are graduating as well soon. Finally light at the end of the tunnel. Donna
