I had my banana and peanut butter and did 25 minutes of strength training then I Sparked. Then I had an egg beater omelet w/ mushrooms and onions. I usually put tomato in it but I ran out yesterday. After breakfast we went for a 10 minutes 1.2 mile bike ride around our loop 4 times. Its slightly hilly that's about all I can handle right now though. I'll build up hopefully to a better biker. I still don't get all the gears though. I remember when a bike had 1 gear. I have a mountain bike with 3 gears in the front and 7 gears in the back. Who needs 21 gears. After 10 we will walk down and see if the vegetable stand is open. So I can get tomatoes and see what other fresh fruits and veggies they might have. Its about 1/2 mile each way.
