CARDIO STREAK 479
STRENGTH STREAK 427

Was up at 5. Did my sparking. Went for a 10 minute 1/2 mile walk then did planks, alternating bicep curls, bicycle crunches, and some stretches. Then I went for a 20 minute 1.5 mile walk/jog. Will do more later.

So I started late again today. I didn't want to get out of bed at 5:00 when the alarm was going off. But I did and Sparked for more than 1/2 an hour. Then I made my lunch and finally did a 15 minute 1 mile walk followed by lying adductions and a couple of stretches. I will do more tonight. I need some tea and to go to work.

On my virtual walk I'm 1.32 mi to Konnarock, VA. So I will make sure I amke it there tonight. Some of our team are 2 states ahead of me but I started late and have done very well making my goals. Tomorrow I'll try a long bike ride without Nick since turkey season opens up.

    I like the idea of the virtual walk. I am limited to 10 - 15 minutes, but I like the idea up adding that time towards a destination.

So I am finally sleeping until the alarm goes off at 5:00 or very close to it. These cool morning help I'm sure. I got up sparked, did 5 minutes on stair master and my lying adductions, took my shower, made my lunch and then went for a 30 minute 1.5 mile walk. Will do more tonight.

So I did 5 minutes on stair master and my strength training of planks, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips, lying adductions, bicycle crunches and stretching. Then my computer lost internet connections and had to fight with that. Will get some more cardio in before work.

Day 475 is going to have me do most exercise tonight. It is pouring rain and my stomach is off. I didn't get up until the alarm went off even though we got out of class early last night and I was home at 7:30. It was a rough day. I had to come home because I left my purse here and I needed my asthma medicine since I have to take it twice a day for a few more days before I start only taking it once a day. My #'s weren't good when I went last week and I have to use it every day and twice a day when I'm sick. It's to prevent me from having a severe attack. I also needed my student ID to get into the building at school.

Anyways I just did 5 minutes on stairmaster followed by my lying adductions and a couple of stretches. You know I'll do more when I get home. I cut from 1800 to 1400 calories to burn this week since it's my first week back to school though I don't have class next week. Will get my homework done this weekend. In a couple weeks I may have to cut back to 1000 calories to burn. We'll see. Better pack my food incase my stomach gets better and I want to eat.
