I've had quite the day. So I had to bring Nick to the emergency room this morning. he has virtigo it turns out. Then he went to work with me and slept in the car while I got done what needed to be done. Then After all that was done I took him to lunch and we came home.

Now I've done 60 minute 3 mile walk followed by lying adduction and stretches.

    I've had vertigo before,, no fun! Hope he does better quickly. WTG on your exercising. consistency is the key and looks like you found out how to use it well!

So I'm tired after getting home from bowling after 8:30. It's been raining all night. So I did a 10 minutes WIi fit free run I recorded as 10 minute 1/2 mile since that's what I usually do. I foolowed with lying adductions and a stretch.

Will do most of my exercise when I get home. Decided not to join the league this season with getting home at 9:00 on Mondays from class and trying to sell the house get my degree and find a job in NC. If the season didn't last through April it wouldn't be so bad but Nick is going to bowl and I'll go with him some weeks.

Did 5 minutes stair master followed by lying adductions and a couple of stretches. Wanted to blog because I am going to bowl tonight it's first night of league and I'm not sure I'll join but will bowl toinight. Will get in a quick walk now before I leave for work.

Today's reminder is brought to you by BOWLING! Who knew that more people compete in bowling than in any other sport? The first bowling league in the US was founded yesterday in 1921.



If, like me, you hadn't really thought of the exercise benefits of bowling, you might be surprised. Turns out all that walking, stretching, bending, and carrying a heavy ball counts. Besides the fact that many people have a great time!



So keep it in mind if you're interested in another way to move more, more often.

So I wanted to break up my exercise this morning so I've been working on 4 - 20 minute bike rides 1.5 miles each. I also did lying adductions, planks, alternating bicep curls, pushups, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches and stretches.
