CARDIO STREAK 486
STRENGTH STREAK 434
So I didn't record any cardio yet. I weighed in and gained the pound I had lost in the last 2 weeks and did my measurements. After sparking and eating a wedge of watermelon I walked to the corner store and back to get some Bingo scratchers since I'm on vacation this week and will have some time for a little fun.
This got my heart rate up a little to do my strength training. I did lying adductions, bicycle crunches, tricep dips, squats, modified planks, modified pushups, alternating bicep curls, banana, back extensions, and stretches for a total of 60 minutes. I will have my breakfast now and then after I'm done with the sheets and blankets washing and drying I will do 60 minutes of some kind of cardio.
