Went for a 10 minute .5 mile walk followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, and a couple of stretches. Then I went for a 30 minute 1.5 mile walk.

CARDIO STREAK 492
STRENGTH STREAK 440

So today I started my day with a shower to wake up and oatmeal and a cup of tea while I did my sparking. Then after my breakfast settled I did 5 minutes on stair master followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Then I did a 30 minute 1.5 mile walk. I will finish my exercise this afternoon.

So I started the day witha 10 minute .5 mile walk followed by alternating bicep curls, squats, tricep dips, lying adductions and bicycle crunches. Then I went out for a 30 minute 1.5 mile walk.Then I turned on WII Fit and did some Yoga and planks. Fianlly some stretches.

I am supposed to go on a nature walk with Robin and the triplettes today. I can't believe they are going to be 4 in a couple of months. They ask so many questions about everything. Anyway it should be fun. Will go get my allergy shots in a little while.

After eating my pancakes I made I did 30 minutes 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch.
