CARDIO STREAK 500
STRENGTH STREAK 448
Ok I'm at day 500. I will keep going until I'm so sick I can't go any more. I have been thinking about how far I've come. From not exercising to exercising every day. I am still working on my body issues. I still have plenty of cellulite on my thighs.
I did do 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions, tricep dips, squats, modified pushups, and some stretches. I need to finish my reading today and will watch the race, golf, and the Yankees this afternoon.
