Little under the weather. Came home from work early. Its raining so I did 30 minutes Free Run followed by lying adductions and a stretch.

Did 30 minutes WII Fit Free Runest 1.5 miles hopefully it will stop raining later. Then lying adductions, planks, bicycle crunches, and squats followed by stretches.

Went to the grocery store this morning. then came home and got my sparking done. After that breakfast.

Did 60 minutes 3.5 miles, lying adductions, tricep dips, seated bicep curls, modified pushups, and some stretching.

    You must have gotten up early to accomplish all that - I couldn't believe I woke up at 9:30 a.m . I did my treadmill & bike and doing some cleaning now.

Saw a little of the Ryder Cup yesterday.
