STRENGTH STREAK 460
Today will be a busy day. I just finished 30 minutes 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions, tricep dips, alternating bicep curls, and a couple of stretches.
Have to go to a Birthday party for a 1 year old who's parents we bowl with. I am bringing a morning star riblet packet since they usually have hamburgers and hot dogs and I don't eat either.
