So I did 30 minutes Free Run est. 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. After work no school so I'll study for my test next week.

WOO HOO! I lost part of a pound. I don't eat too much and still have struggled to take the weight off I once lost. I did 30 minutes 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions, planks, seated bicep curls, squats and some stretches.

Today will be a busy day. I just finished 30 minutes 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions, tricep dips, alternating bicep curls, and a couple of stretches.
Have to go to a Birthday party for a 1 year old who's parents we bowl with. I am bringing a morning star riblet packet since they usually have hamburgers and hot dogs and I don't eat either.

STRENGTH STREAK 459

As some of you know I started exercising everyday the day after I joined Spark. Even if I only do a little I will try to keep this streak alive.
In December I will Graduate College of St. Rose with my Bachelors and can't wait to sell my house and move. I will start taking paperwork to work to shred anything I won't need to take with me.

Today I did 30 minute Free Run estimated 1.5 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Will do more when I get home tonight.
