STARTED THE DAY WITH 30 MINUTES 1.5 MILES FOOLOWED BY ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS. LYING ADDUCTIONS AND SOME STRETCHES. WILL STUDY SOME MORE AND DO MORE EXERCISE LATER.
