I'M BACK

Hello it is so good to be back among my Spark Friends! I have missed all of you! I have taken a couple of weeks to digest some things happening around me, much to my regret some things aren't that easy to get away from.

I have managed to gain back some pounds during my absence so will be taking care of business and loosing the extra weight then moving forward to loose more. In a few days I'll have been here for a year, sometimes it seems long and at others it seems like no time at all.

TUESDAY'S PROGRESS/WEEK 19

The Exercise Challenge this week mostly repeats from past weeks with a few updates) is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video for at least 60 minutes. Do strength training (some kind each day).

The Food Challenge is to cut sugars. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.

    Oh wow, you must have posted that picture quote just for me. I was working on my unemployment stuff and that's what I am thinking about today. I am guilty of doing everything above the last two statements. will try to use your "I Can!" and "I will" to go on because I AM WORTH IT!

MONDAY'S PROGRESS/A NEW BEGINNING

Drink 1 gallon water or at least 8 glasses of water emoticon 10 so far
