Over the holiday season, I ballooned up about 30 pounds. Since then, there have been birthdays, anniversary and events that have prevented me from fasting. May seemed like a good month. So for the past 6 days, I have not eaten any food, and only have drank filtered water... not even coffee or tea, only water. As a result, my body is throwing off toxic waste material and cleaning my body. As a side "plus" so far I have lost 15 pounds. The first few days were "hell-on-earth" with hunger pains, but now that my GI system has shut down, they are just about gone. My goal is to continue fasting until the end of the month, or until my body signals me to start eating again. That signal would be hunger pains. My research on FASTING has revealed some fantastic results information, and I will be happy to share with you what mine are when I finish fasting.
