Thursday, May 1. I didn't eat any gluten, wheat, meat or dairy today. Yea! That goal was accomplished. I managed to get in more fruit than veggies. I did get to have a green smoothie for dinner. Damn Im still hungry.. HA but this will pass. Tomorrow is a new day!

    If you add some whey protein, chia seeds, Benefiber, and flax seeds to your smoothies u will stay fuller longer. If you don't have a powerful blender like Vitamix use ground chia & flax seeds. I am an avid smoothie lover. I put these ingredients in when I have one in lieu of a meal.

    You need protein. It helps to stave off the hunger. Quinoa is a great way to get whole protein while maintaining your eating style. Good luck!
