I remember a personal trainer telling me that if I would spend 1 year strengthening my core, along with my weight loss, I might not need a tummy tuck. But I had to work my core, really work it. And I had to commit a year.
So this is my year. I WILL reach my weight goal. I WILL train my core 3x week.
Today was my first core workout in years. I hate core workouts. But I did it. I found a beginning core workout on About.com - printed it an took it to the gym. This G'Ma is serious about reaching my goals.
Oops, better measure my gut.
