Today I did the fitness test.
21 Push Ups
17:08 Walk/Run 1 mile
69 Step Ups Heart Rate
Push ups - never had strong shoulders. I can't do modified cause of the knee so I did angled wall push ups (with my feet a distance from the wall - nose to wall).
Crunches - I did with a stability ball, not sure I like doing them on a ball or not.
Walk a Mile - I want to get back to doing a 15-minute mile power walk. Need to work on that!
Step ups - I didn't have a 12 inch step so I used what I had... my stairs. Step ups are the hardest for me with a bad right knee (bone on bone) and my left hip has started popping. I need to get that checked out.
