That's what I said! Work can do that to you! I work in sales. I am on my feet for 8 hours a day. There is bending, walking, reaching, lifting.......! I am tired when I come home! But then I look at the pants I wore the day I went for my orientation!!! They are hanging on my bathroom door! Why??? Because they don't fit! I have been wearing my capris that I had and they are starting to get loose! Now, I have only lost 11 pounds since I started coming on Sparks BUT I have lost a total of 15 pounds since I started with my new lifestyle. Yes, it's been a few months. Don't get me wrong, I am loving this but you haven't seen me! I have legs!!! While the weight doesn't look like a big change, I have muscles in my legs! They are more defined. The thighs are starting to come back too. I know that muscle weighs more than fat. This is probably why I haven't seen much change of the scale. It's been 3 weeks at work. I will be there a month, later this week. I just wish my stomach would change!! I don't like it!!! But I have to be patient! I have to keep working and remember that ANYTHING WORTH DOING, IS WORTH DOING WELL!!!!!

I can't believe I haven't blogged in a couple days... Well, today is Wednesday and my last day was Saturday!!! I actually can believe it but this is usually what gets me in trouble!! Anyway, Sunday was my rest day... except for my 1 mile express walking workout! I got that done!! But then on Monday and Tuesday (I hate being a woman!!) I hurt so bad I couldn't hardly move! I tried but it wasn't going to happen! Tuesday was better BUT I did have orientation from work, so I didn't do my morning workouts, cardio and toning! Today I got back on it! I did over 20 minutes of the cardio and toning. Tonight, I will be doing walking before Church. Tomorrow will probably only be walking as I will have a full workout just working at work. Not use to being on my feet all day and will have to be doing a lot of bending and stretching and walking. But I got this!!!
Sunday, I BLEW my calories away and went over. I miss judged what I ate and went over! :(.... Monday I fought to get enough calories in because of my worry about making the mistake I did on Monday!!! Yesterday, I did pretty good despite being at work and not having an actual lunch. They gave us fresh veggies, banana bread, and soft peanut butter cookies. We also got a bottle of water. It worked!! I ate some snap peas and I admit a slice of banana bread and 1 cookie. Then I did the killer! I had a medium strawberry shake from McDonalds.... I shouldn't have but I managed to NOT go over my limit! I only had 49 calories left before it but still didn't go over!
Tomorrow I am going to wear my pedometer to work to see how much walking I end up doing during the day. Should be interesting. Wish me luck... and you all have a happy and safe 4th, for those in the states!!!!

Today I am tired!!! This morning I did 2 workouts. One cardio and one toning. Then this evening I did a mile walk workout. I can literally feel my body improving. Even just a couple days, I can keep up better each time. I am planning on doing a walk, whether indoors or out (prefer outdoors), each day even if I do a workout. Tonight, I went out to play with my baby boy goats. Tomorrow, I will go play with my girls. Trying to fight the couch potato in me!!!
I am so proud of what I have done the past 2 days! I am feeling better about myself, a little at a time! I can't wait until I actually SEE the difference! I will love it when I don't hate my arms in tank tops! Then next my legs!! I know things will progress pretty equally but want to see results. My legs feel a little wobbly tonight but I do feel great despite it!!! The muscles feel tight after it all and that I am HAPPY about! For me, there is something about going and taking a nice cool shower in the summer after a workout!!!! My other goal is to keep posting daily, unless for some reason I am not able to post due to not being at a computer! Good luck to all of you!!!!
