How many times do I say to myself this it...this time I am sticking to it!! And Going to make it happen!!??
Well after a really busy summer and its not over yet...and a few family mishaps that made so depressed I stuffed my face for a few months and only working out a few times each month I am so ready to try this yet again!! I am 48 years old and time is ticking away its now or never and if I don't make it happen...i will never reach my goals of fit tight and toned!! (lol wish this would have been a girl but anyhow)
Please let it be this time that I will pull it together and make it happen
so far so good today I have been on track...I have been on track for 4 days now...just missed a workout last night due to 4 grandkids sleeping over...but anyhow come October I won't have to babysit for my daughter at night because she is quitting her evening job!! so hopefully I can get it together and make this happen already!!
Ps. Got in a fantastic workout this evening...did Cathes Xtrain- Chest, Back & Shoulders...and man did that feel GREAT!! I really don't know why it is sooooo hard for me to get my butt downsatairs to get in my workouts because after I feel sooooo awesome!!
First let me start off by saying I had Chinese and vanilla cake for Mother's day yesterday...so I woke up sooooo tired...are you tired the day after you eat Chinese? Well anyways I pushed myself into doing my workout today I did STS Mesocycle 1 disc 4 (Chest, shoulders & biceps 55 minutes)...I felt much better after...more energy ...but boy am I sore!!! Then after my workout I went out to the garden with my daughter and planted blue potato's yep blue!! I have never tried blue potato's before, but everyone tells me how good they are...so here goes!! lol
well after Chinese yesterday I am back on track with a low carb day...I do so love Chris Powells carb cycle as I am aloud these cheat meals...making life so much yummier!! But low carb days are sooooo hard but it is the day I am burning butter so its worth it!! And then I get to look forward to a high carb day with a cheat meal!!
its so good for the soul!! After doing a low carb day yesterday, I woke up feeling sluggish but after carbing up today and a day in town filled with sunshine then coming home and just sqeezing in STS Mesocycle 1 Disc 2 ( 56 minutes on just triceps and biceps...lol I think that workout covered ever exercise there is for the triceps and back!!) while supper was cooking then eating my healthy yummylish supper...I feel AWESOME!!!
If you think your to tired to do a workout try one even if its just a short one and you may be suprised on how good you feel after you do so!!
I love the days when you woke up and feel pretty good..well that was today So I popped in a workout..it was an easier workout as I am trying to see if doing easier workouts on low carb days will help with the energy thing...so my workout was The Firm Body Sculpting System Express Cardio & The Firm 5 Day Abs Day 1! I do hope to get in a short cardio workout tonight just to re-boost my metabolism back into high gear for a bit more this evening!
My eating is going smashingly its low carb day which means my body felt is burning off at least I hope that is right
