Blue Potato's??

Monday, May 14th, 2014

First let me start off by saying I had Chinese and vanilla cake for Mother's day yesterday...so I woke up sooooo tired...are you tired the day after you eat Chinese? Well anyways I pushed myself into doing my workout today I did STS Mesocycle 1 disc 4 (Chest, shoulders & biceps 55 minutes)...I felt much better after...more energy ...but boy am I sore!!! Then after my workout I went out to the garden with my daughter and planted blue potato's yep blue!! I have never tried blue potato's before, but everyone tells me how good they are...so here goes!! lol

well after Chinese yesterday I am back on track with a low carb day...I do so love Chris Powells carb cycle as I am aloud these cheat meals...making life so much yummier!! But low carb days are sooooo hard but it is the day I am burning butter so its worth it!! And then I get to look forward to a high carb day with a cheat meal!!

    Yes, I have had blue potatoes and I like them. I will mix blue potatoes, with little red new potatoes along with fingerlings. I put a small amount of olive oil on the with with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. Then roast them in the oven at 350 degrees till tender. Sometimes I will add sliced onions too.

Sunshine!!!

its so good for the soul!! After doing a low carb day yesterday, I woke up feeling sluggish but after carbing up today and a day in town filled with sunshine then coming home and just sqeezing in STS Mesocycle 1 Disc 2 ( 56 minutes on just triceps and biceps...lol I think that workout covered ever exercise there is for the triceps and back!!) while supper was cooking then eating my healthy yummylish supper...I feel AWESOME!!!

If you think your to tired to do a workout try one even if its just a short one and you may be suprised on how good you feel after you do so!!

emoticon on getting in your workout. So true I felt that way yesterday BUT I got my workout in and I felt AWESOME afterwards.

Love These Days!!

I love the days when you woke up and feel pretty good..well that was today So I popped in a workout..it was an easier workout as I am trying to see if doing easier workouts on low carb days will help with the energy thing...so my workout was The Firm Body Sculpting System Express Cardio & The Firm 5 Day Abs Day 1! I do hope to get in a short cardio workout tonight just to re-boost my metabolism back into high gear for a bit more this evening!

My eating is going smashingly its low carb day which means my body felt is burning off at least I hope that is right

Don't you just love days when you feel smashingly??

Got in that evening workout...I did Cathe's x10 Fat Burning Circuit! LOVE that one!!

That Was Perfect!!!

Sunday, May 4th, 2014

That was PERFECT!! The two days that I took off from exercising was just what my body needed!! I am back at it and I feel awesome!! i did STS MESOCYCLE #1 disc 1 it was just what I needed!! I worked out my biceps, shoulders and chest today in 50 minutes then I did 7 minutes of ab work..Ab hits # 8 ...loved it! Now hope I am good and sore tomorrow!! My eating was also great today!!

I am getting my tomato's ready transplant outside here soon...as soon as the weather permits! YUM! hopefully soon i will be eating fresh garden tomato's..first time I did this though...starting the plants indoors then taking them outside.
