So yesterday I got in a short workout before I took my mom into the city for a few things she needed and a few veges for me...I did all weights premix...it was perfect!
Today after not drinking coffee all day yesterday and this morning my cramps are almost all gone which is who would have thought my stomach would not could not tolerate coffee?? so now I am drinking mint green tea and it seems to be doing what I need it to...waking me up enough to do what I need to get done and it doesn't hurt my stomach!!
I got in 2 good workouts I did Man I remember when cardio blast was easy! Man totally not today..that workout was tuff...not only did I have to do the beginner level at times I actually had to stop and walk in place to get my breath back! I really really have to work on my stamina!!
I feel like a chronic complainer...but anyways first I get over depression then I get bronchitis then today I woke up with a bad stomach ache,,,got worse after drinking coffee but after a healthy breakast of steal cuts oats, grapefruit and my eggs (which is one egg yolk with 4 egg whites) I had some green mint tea which helped claim my stomach enough to get in a good workout today...I did man I rember when that workout was easy! Well it wasn't today! In fact I had to modify it some what...got to work on my stamina once again!
So I have a question for whom ever reads this...I am trying to follow a low carb day but I really don't know a lot of healthy veges that are easy on the stomch...I know a few just not enough know any??
man this sucks after fighting and getting over depression... I kicked butt last week with awesome workouts only to get bronchitis .... which I am fighting off with cod liver oil, garlic , vitamin d and c's. but I did get in a very good workout today! I did this workout was perfect! It was not to hard and not to easy...it was PERFECT!!! So I got in a workout today! now just to watch my eating!
Today i woke up feeling happy and full of energy and as tomorrow is my free day (day off from everything lol) I wanted to leave this week with a bang...So I did along with program #4...it was i feel like I earned my day off tomorrow for sure!! My eating is going good as well and come Sunday I will start to carb cycle or for sure calorie cycle...need to look inot this more
But I must say sparks is something i need...it helps me stay the course!!
I have been gone from sparks for awhile...fell off the wagon...I had gotten depression and my family was having problems...my daughter was not being herself, my mom got a mini stroke and my baby tooth fell out (it might cost me 10 000 to get it fixed...good grief!) but anyways I fell into heavy depression didn't want to workout or even eat right...started feeling not myself ...my cloths are fitting tighter and my stomach is getting jiggly...not tight and toned ..so just this Sunday I had ENOUGH! So I started to workout again my eating was still bad until yesterday when my granddaughter who is five touched my stomach out of the blue and said..."Nana your have a big tummy"! Good grief so today I have been eating great!! So far so good!
Got in a fantastic workout...Jari Loves Get Ripped 1000 I almost didn't get in a workout today! I didn't think I had to babysit today but my daughter went into the city today and needed me to babysit yet again...but I had a snack at 4:30 p.m. then right at 5 when she got home I did my workout!! YES I did it!.! so yep eating good and exercising once again!
