I got a lot done.
Still working all Sunday isn't something I want to become a habit.
Didn't make my food goals, nor did I walk.

See? That's not good on many counts.

Brush yourself off and get back on track today, my friend.

    Yes, Yes, Oh absolutely YES... progress and NOT perfection get right back out there and move move move... Always reminding myself that this isn't a diet it's a lifestyle change and so there isn't any failure it's just learning how. Gets a little easier and easier as one figures things out.

Good on YOU... pat yourself on the back for all that you've accomplished so far.

I'm done with the first week of teaching. It was a great week and I'm glad it's done. I'm always nervous about the first week.

I made 10,000 steps most day by taking a walk in the evening.

Ate within my goals most days.

Feeling good. Now if I can only get ready for next week and manage to have some fun this weekend too.

Let's face it. Yesterday was a complete wash out.
I didn't make my goals. I basically took a day off from being healthy.
But on the good side, right before I went to bed, I walked around my
house for 10 minutes to get to 10,000 steps. The fitbit is good for getting me to give it the last little push.

Today I want to get out for a longer walk. I have a lot of writing to do, but the walk is important. Go for it, Me.

An unusually focused and productive day yesterday.
Met my goals and I feel my writing project might be falling into place.

And the Bachelorette finale was great fun to watch.

Read a SPARK success story today. I love when people say they eat what they want, but have learned to be more balanced about nutrition and exercise. That's my goal too.

Today I want to keep moving forward with the next right thought, next right action. emoticon

I kept moving yesterday, got a lot done, and fit in some fun as well.

I didn't make my food # goal. I was close. I'm often just a little over. Which makes me think if I could just be a little under I probably would lose some actual weight. I'll keep experimenting with it. I feel good that I'm tracking and being mindful of what I eat.

A goal today is to get in the 5 fruits and veggies. emoticon
