An unusually focused and productive day yesterday.
Met my goals and I feel my writing project might be falling into place.

And the Bachelorette finale was great fun to watch.

Read a SPARK success story today. I love when people say they eat what they want, but have learned to be more balanced about nutrition and exercise. That's my goal too.

Today I want to keep moving forward with the next right thought, next right action. emoticon

I kept moving yesterday, got a lot done, and fit in some fun as well.

I didn't make my food # goal. I was close. I'm often just a little over. Which makes me think if I could just be a little under I probably would lose some actual weight. I'll keep experimenting with it. I feel good that I'm tracking and being mindful of what I eat.

A goal today is to get in the 5 fruits and veggies. emoticon

I did well yesterday. 10,000 steps. Check. Food Goal. Check.
General well being = Cheerful and friendly.

I helped my friend move. I read an article that said to be emotionally healthy we should help others more. After 4 hours of shlepping boxes I really didn't feel very positive, but in retrospect, I think it feels good.
Maybe I shouldn't do things I don't want to do, regardless of emotional health. But I wonder if that means I'm not a very pleasant person.

Oh well, it's neither here nor there. I helped my friend and that's a good thing. Now I'm looking forward to getting organized in my own room.

I took a 30 minute walk yesterday and was so pleased with myself for squeezing it into a very busy day. Then I read on SPARK this morning that I have to exercise 50 minutes a day to see any weight loss. That's going to be tough, SPARK. Not going to lie.

I'm looking forward to some creative class room arranging today. Here we go.

I got 10,000 steps in, shlepping boxes into school with #1 Son.

The new classroom is a beautiful space. I can't wait to start getting it put together.

Today I want to keep moving AND fit a walk in at some point. Just 20 minutes. Come on, Lee, you can do it. emoticon

I didn't get my steps in yesterday. But I did get my food goals.

So it's six of one half a dozen of another as my mom used to like to say.

I'm going to keep plugging along today. Have a weird nervousness about finishing this writing project. This is just how I get before I start writing. I accept it. I have some anxiety about not being able to finish today, so I get hyper about it. But Now I'm going to try to work a bit and see what happens. I'll set my timer for 15 minutes.
