UGH - I was doing pretty good last week (although I need to retrain myself to be full on less calories) and then friday came. My friend was hosting a pool party and it was BYOB. So of course, it being a pool party, I wanted something fun and fruity to drink (that was not beer). 6.5 Bacardi Breezer Spritzers later, i was DRUUUNK! And I tell you, the rest of the weekend I wasn't feeling so hot, and was not eating properly or hydrating properly, so I am not going anywhere NEAR my scale for a few days until I can get my water intake regulated again LOL.
Also, I have a confession to make. I got all excited about doing the C25K program, and HAVN'T EVEN STARTED IT YET. The hubs and I went for a walk the other day, but that was it. So tonight, after work, I am just getting er DONE! I don't care if I flake out halfway through, or walk more than run, I AM GOING TO DO IT!
