Today makes one month with Sparkpeople. I like the ease of using the site. The tools that are availble for nutrition and fitness tracking are outstanding and unlike anything I have used before. I have lost a few pounds--but that is not my focus now. I have made some remarkable changes to how I look at food becauseof the tracking tool. I can see the food components that I eat right after each meal and I can check foods out before I prepare them for the day to try to get my " nutrition pie" right for my body. I am so glad that I found this site.
