1. Slept in today and did not go to gym. Not good.

2. Am attending a wedding this afternoon/evening, so am already hoping its buffet so I can fill my plate wiht salad and a lean protein. Maybe a glass of champagne for toasting?

1. Personal trainer day and I only had to do an alternate exercise once (back issues). Feels really good to keep up with people 15-20 years younger than I am. Actually, it really really feels good.

2. Went over my calorie range for yesterday, but not by much. Should still lead to weight loss for this week.

So went for my mammogram today. So cool that they have appts at 7AM and on. I was in and out in just a few minutes and no traffic to fight on the way there. Of course, traffic was heating up on the way back.

1. Did my usual low/high resistance workout on the eliptical this morning at the gym. took a long walk as well.

2. Right on track for today for hitting calorie range.

1. Did my half hour of fast eliptical then half hour of high resistance eliptical today instead of changing it up every 10 minutes. Much harder to keep the fast pace up.

2. Did not keep to my calorie range yesterday. One more day not on track.

    Great job on the elipiticals! Remember, need to keep on that calorie range, though, just use the thing on here, that's what always works for me, maybe it will for you. Ony a suggestion! emoticon

1. Did my weight training this morning that I should have done yesterday along with my cardio. Tired but worth it.

2. Went over my calorie range yesterday by 200. Will work better today.
