1. Had a great workout with my trainer. Every week it is something new to try, so my muscles never get used to her exercises. Love that.
2. Went over my calorie goals yesterday by the calorie cost of a Kashi chia granola bar. I really enjoyed it, but need to plan better to fit it into my meal plan for the day.
3. Weight down 1.6 pounds this week. Well worth the daily planning effort, so I will continue this process.
Feeling a bit guilty right now as I remember this is 9/11 and I am so focused only on myself. I remember trying desperately to reach my sister who often worked in the WTC and not being able to talk to her for 24 hours. So terrifying, even with our happy ending (she was in Chicago at the time), that I can only guess at the feelings of the families who had the opposite discovery. I wonder how long it will take us to heal?
