I have a bunch of stuff due to me by the end of this month, so of course everyone waits until the last @#$^&! day of the month. This means I will be working extra long today just to create the summary report. Ugh!

1. Workout this morning was a repeat of yesterday, so nice and sweaty. I also took an hour walk at lunch, so pat myself on the back.

2. Kept under my calorie range for yesterday - another pat is deserved.

1. For workout this morning I alternated low and high resistance for the whole hour. This is not as fast as HIIT, but I did work up a great sweat.

2. Was under my calorie limit by 125 calories. Yeah!

1. Had a great workout this morning. Did 2 sets of five min HIITs within 20 minutes followed by 30 minutes of high resistance eliptical fun. Also managed 30 minutes of weight training. Felt very productive and very sweaty.

2. Planned my day's food menu and so far it has been pretty easy to stick to it.

1. No exercise today and resting up from family BBQ yesterday. Walked miles just getting the patio ready and food cooked. My feet actually hurt before the party even started. Sheez!.

2. No idea what I ate yesterday, but did track today. Still I overate by 450 calories. Breakfast in a restaurant was not my friend today - but my own fault since I am the one who ordered. Starting again tomorrow.

1. Did not do any formal exercise today as it is my day of rest. However, we threw a family party at my house and I was up and running around from 6AM until now (8PM). I am really, really tired. I am out of clean glasses (washer is running now) and my fridge is full of leftovers. Busy but really fun day.

2. Have no idea what I ate. All meals were on the run, on the side, and not on my spark tracker. Everyone leaves tomorrow, so I will be back to try again.
