Had a personal trainer session again today. I read what Barbanna stated from the last time about how much pain I was in after. So this time, when whatever muscle group she was abusing got to the complete exhaustion point, I listened. The end result was that I skipped one set of kettle bell swings to avoid back pain. None of the other exercises seemed too much, so I did all of those. We will see how I feel tomorrow. (Thanks, Barbanna).
