1. Did a new function on the eliptical this morning. The machine I use does not make longer strides, but rather makes your steps deeper so that your knees come up higher. The hill function I used varies this width to make you work harder. So very sweaty half hour for that then half an hour at the highest setting which is like climbing stairs.

2. Went over my calorie count by 170 yesterday. Did I really need that skinny cow ice cream sandwich? No. Will think a bit longer from now on before I get up and raid the fridge.

    Hope your knees are okay. I am too short to do that and my knees are rigid. Glad you are in such good condition, you Spring Chicken!! emoticon

1. Great exercise this morning. 3 sets of HIIT - 5 min, 3 min, 2 min. Soooo sweaty. I also did some weight training for 20 minutes.

2. Kept under my calorie goals for yesterday. This offsets Saturday's 250 overage by half, so I feel better now. Need to keep track more diligently this week.

    Good job balancing it all out! That's how to do it. Everyday is going to have it's challenges and one will be better than some others, BUT look @ the pattern. Is it better? That's where you want to be!

1. No exercise today, but tons of walking as I shopped for decorations for a wedding shower for my son and future daughter in law. Since I was shopping for four hours, I figure at least one of them can count as exercise.

2. Went over my calorie count yesterday by 250 calories. Not horrid, but not a goal either. Did better so far today.

1. No official workout today, but worked up a glorious sweat by cleaning the upstairs. Who knew I would sweat so much by vacuuming the ceilings?

2. Went over my calorie count yesterday yet AGAIN! So so not helping myself.

    I beat you haha, I missed dinner last night. This was not intentional but my husband made me mad,so I sulked in the bedroom and then fell asleep. I don't usually let anything get between me and my food but I was furious. I had to decompress. I'm better today but not talking to my hubby. He apologized but I am still mad so I am keeping my distance until I am safe to have a conversation without the risk of doing or saying something I may regret. He just asked me if I wanted to go to dinner and I declined. Thanks for letting me share my grief!
Peace an tranquillity is in my plan for the evening! Hope you can be good tonight avoid over eating. I hope I can avoid emotional eating myself. I have already logged my food for the day and plan to stick to it. We will see!! emoticon
