1. did really well on the eliptical this morning - very fast, very hard, very sweaty. fun

2. Completely blew my diet today. Nowhere near my ranges and I am very full. Not an angel today.

1. Did weight training then 60 min of cardio. I swapped out some of my eliptical time for treadmill time. Felt pretty awkward on the treadmill, so upped the incline to pretend I knew what I was doing.

2. Ate 1647 calories and 167 carb gms yesterday. This is 100 calories over on my calorie range, but at the lower end of the carb range. I am going to blame this on the second cup of soup I ate.

So not an angel, but no devil yet either.

    I am glad you have a better system that allows for more ST and the correct amount of cardio. I need to up my weight training but I usually start with the cardio and that wears me out so I do less. I plan to get heavier weightstoday so I can get more bang for my buck.
I understand how odd it feels to use the treadmill. I haven't been on one in a long time and really need to avoid it. My back can't handle the high impact. I am too tempted to run instead ofg walking as the calories burned are too low.

1. No workout today. Even though i skipped yesterday, I already have this day pretty well booked up.

2. Ate 1468 calories yesterday and 194 carb gms. This is the high end for both ranges, but still meets the goal. I am really liking this daily goals/plans process.

    I may need to follow your plan and fees up to my calories to stay accountable. It's hard for me to measure all my peanuts that cause me to go over my range. I just need to alot a given amount and then quit eating.

1. Did not work out today because I overslept. Not a good excuse, but the only one I've got.

2. I ate 1417 calories yesterday - below my limit and 153 carb gms which is at the lower end of my range. I am such an angel.
