One week down and it is so amazing how wonderful it feels to be in control of some things in my life. I thought that writing down what I eat and when I exercise would be a drag, but it is not. In fact, the focus of writing things down helps me focus on other aspects of life as well. I am blessed to have access to the SparkPeople site that does all the heavy mental lifting for me. One week is my first baby step on this long journey--but it is a journey that I am excited about!
