I think that I am pretty stick to it with the exercise. I do most days get up and do it. Awesome!
I have had distance victories recently!
Not sure how I can motivate myself to be awesome at tracking, my food I know this is a larger portion of where my battle currently is.
I heard a guy talking about how he grew calluses on his hands by repeatedly shoveling 10 min a day. He pointed out that this can happen on your conscience too.
I wonder what muscle it is too track my food that I need to strengthen?
My mind determination or something?
