Do what you can! Funny how I think summer freedom spare time. It is not really that way! LOL~I have had some restraints on my schedule. Here I am starting with walk 10 min around the block cause I cannot get away for my time at the gym. It stresses me out missing my workouts!!

I was noticing that I have been on this web site for years! I remember thinking that I should reach my goal in only one. I have moved closer then further then closer well you get the pattern. It is the pounds I look at. I know that I have moved closer in other ways. Like behavior, attitude toward exercise, food. water. Wondering how long it will be or if I will ever lb wise get there?

Now I have to stop and ask how determined or committed I am that I am still on this site?
That should count for something too.

It is amazing to me how much of all this health is a MENTAL game. I wake up and don't want to do it, but I do then it is awesome how my body gets warmed up. Then my body wants to cooperate with a really hard work out.
Yet had I gone along with the slow lazy morning I would still be in bed.
Also once at the gym I notice how just a little goal. Like okay lets do 10 min run on the treadmill. Then I think ok how about 10 on the eliptical. Then more and more pretty soon I have done a 30 or more min of cardio and weights for 1hour. Amazing the girl who was sure retirement should start today at 7am. LOL now I feel invigorated and Powerful to do the rest of my Day!

Believe it or not. I trained for it I did it all 29 miles! I did not lose a pound. Wow. That tells me something. Weight loss happens when I track and stay on the trail not stray. Fitness happens when I train.

Really I was not sore in the legs or back but my feet hurt!! That was wicked. I made it in 2hrs! I was so pleased maybe I'll do it again next weekend....

This week I have reached a all time low energy wise. I just don't know what is up. I have been draging it around. I am TIRED! So I slept and slept. Still draging.

I watched the olympian fall. SCARED me! I am not sure what happened in my mind. But I started to worry about doing my dualathalon. After that werid huh!

Onward and Up ward today will be a restart day. Mentally.

    Are you putting out more calories than you are eating? I was and slowed it down just a bit and it helped a lot.
