Sometimes I dont feel like it. My motivation varies.
Sucess is in habits building days in a row. Not what you do once. But What I do once becomes twice.
I look in the mirror and I do feel upset that I allowed myself to lose focus. There were reasons what were they? Emotional ones. Stress. Not dealing with issues. Just being lazy. Not asking others for more help.

Reading Bob Harpers book on skinny in 21 days. Gonna give it a try as it includes all 4 food groups. Exercise routine. AND I need it.

Do what you can! Funny how I think summer freedom spare time. It is not really that way! LOL~I have had some restraints on my schedule. Here I am starting with walk 10 min around the block cause I cannot get away for my time at the gym. It stresses me out missing my workouts!!
