Gained 3 pounds when I weighed in this last Thursday so I was a little disappointed but I picked my butt off the floor and am going to push myself to get under 200 by my next weigh in appointment December 1st emoticon

Today I did 30 minutes of squats, lunges, bicep curls, push-ups, and crunches. I am working on 1 minute planks on my elbows and sides. I can only do it for about half a minute right now and I want to do 4 sets of Russian twists at 50 reps, soo i'm going to keep working on this and let you know how I do by December 1st. Haven't been going to the gym in the last 5 days since my baby has been sick but he is doing better so I didn't workout for two days then I did a bit of cardio over the weekend via videos and jump rope. Today I finished up about 30 minutes of a circuit style training so a min for each. I started with jumping jacks, ski jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, lunges, cobras, squats, and a hip raise. Got a little sweaty and later ill probably try and get some 30 min biking in today. Food is still going undocumented and I;m beginning to worry that I have gained weight. I weigh in this Friday so that will be the day of truth. Alrighty hope all is well. emoticon

201 baby life is good! Im almost under 200 if I can get into the 190s in 2 wks at my next visit I will be so happy :-D

This is what I have been doing. 5 days a week I go to my local gym and workout 30-45 mins. Mainly cardio at the moment. I haven't been food logging and that has helped lower stress with eating so I may continue that into my next two weeks. I also pay attention to portions and drink lots and lots of water! Did my first ever Boxing ring match!

I fought yesterday in a boxing match and didn't win but I walked away with so much more then I anticipated. I'm down another pound yeay! and I would never have fought this match if I didn't make my goals and gotten this far in my weight loss journey! Thank you all for this great support and website!

Finally under 209 even if it is only by one ;)

They say it doesn't matter what the number is on the scale just inches ..but I lost my measuring tape so the scale is everything to me ahhh! Lol.

Anyway hurray down a pound. New goals is:

Uno) workout 3-5 times a wk

Two) no tracking food for two wks concentrate on exercise and

Tres) do a blog at least once a wk
