Haven't been going to the gym in the last 5 days since my baby has been sick but he is doing better so I didn't workout for two days then I did a bit of cardio over the weekend via videos and jump rope. Today I finished up about 30 minutes of a circuit style training so a min for each. I started with jumping jacks, ski jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, lunges, cobras, squats, and a hip raise. Got a little sweaty and later ill probably try and get some 30 min biking in today. Food is still going undocumented and I;m beginning to worry that I have gained weight. I weigh in this Friday so that will be the day of truth. Alrighty hope all is well.
