Well, I went on a mini vacation to my Mom's house. My oldest wanted to spend the summer with there. I drove there and spent a couple of days there. When I came back I stepped on the scale to find that I had gained 7 lbs. I quickly decided I had enough and was going to kick it into over drive. While I was gone my Garcinia Cambogia arrived. I started taking it on Wednesday. It really does a good job as an appetite suppressant. I didn't over eat like I normally do. I ate 3 small meals that day. Thursday morning I woke with a headache. I took some tylenol and the Garcinia cambogia. By lunch time my headache had gotten worse. After I feed my 2 month old, we took a nap. I was luck that my husband came home early from work cause my head felt like it was going to explode. I took some goodie powder (something my husband swears by for serious headaches) and went to sleep. After thinking about it I've determined that I didn't drink enough water the day before. If anyone decides to take the garcinia cambogia I highly recommend you drink more water than 8 - 8oz cups. Since Tuesday I've managed to lose the 7 lbs I gained but I still have 64 lbs to go before I hit my goal weight. Now I need to go drink some water!

My daughter wanted to spend the summer with her Granny and Papa, so, I have driven her to their house. Today is day number 4 of staying here ( I will be leaving tomorrow early in the morning) and I feel super heavy. My Mom is an old southern cook who usually cooks a lot of good food. I've tried to skip her meals but then I get a lecture about not eating. I'm scared to step on the scale when I get home. At least it will just be me and my 2 month old this summer and I'll be able to work out more often. As much as I HATE running, I think I'm going to break down and buy a jogging stroller and go jogging every morning.

Yay! I hesitantly stepped on the scale this morning and was shocked to see that I was below 200lbs. I almost shrieked with joy but since it's so early and I have a serious headache I with held. I'm now at 199.6 lbs, not much below 200 but still below! I didn't manage to find Garcinia Cambogia yesterday so, I'm stuck seriously watching what I eat till I get the bottles I ordered (which should be early next week). Wish me luck to stay on track.... only 64lbs to go till I'm' at my goal weight!

Alright so after a few week of entertaining family and friends my weight has climbed back to over 200lbs. With an extremely heavy heart and growling tummy, I began looking for a supplement that would curb my appetite. I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy, sad, depressed, you name the emotion and chances are I'll eat when I have that emotion! I ran across Garcinia Cambogia. It has some mixed reviews regarding weight-loss but overall every thing I've read has claimed it to be a good appetite suppressant. I ordered a couple of bottles and should have them in a couple of weeks. I'm rather impatient when it comes to stuff like this so, I'm gonna go to my local gnc and pick up a bottle there as well. Wish me and my emotional eating luck!

Well, I faced my fear this morning, I stepped on the scale. To my surprise I only gain back a little less than 3 lbs over the weekend. So, I plan on adding in an extra workout somewhere in my schedule. Despite gaining the weight back I'm feeling a lot better now. I pushed my self this morning and did 20 minutes on my tread climber instead of quitting at 10. I'm thinking about getting back on and doing 20 more minutes later today. Fingers crossed I'll find the time for it.
