Today I picked up my Daughter and Granddaughter and we went to the fitness center. I did my own aerobic workout and then a water aerobic instructor came and set up for a class. I stayed and did the class. My daughter and Granddaughter have back issues so they did their own water work out which was doing what they do in PT. I loved being able to share the pool and the time with them. Only a week till they all fly back to AZ.
I had 10 hours of sleep. When I did get up I just felt I needed to go lay back down.
Instead I ate fruit. Lots of fresh fruit. Over calorie range for the day
I did to strength training. Pushups, squats, leg swings done slowly and not tracked as I am sure they have a name, but I don't know it. Then tonight I did a resistance band video with Coach Nichole.
