I am thankful for all my spark friends!
Happy Thanksgiving to you all ( well those that are in Canada anyways!)
This was my plate at the dinner table last night!
AS you can see it is GLUTEN FREE! Wheat free!
There are green beans, ribs, turkey, ham and lamb, squash, mash potato, quinoa salad with Chick peas, gluten free stuffing, cranberry sauce and roasted veggies.
I didn't finish it all!
I am feeling so much better since I have stayed away from wheat about 90 % of the time! Only time I eat wheat is a little bit of flour if it is in a sauce or a crust...but then I try not to eat the crust, just the filling.
No bread, no cookies, no cake, no bagels, no pasta!
I have NO Idea what the scale says about it, but I feel better and less bloated.
