This is the best progress in weight loss I have ever had; however, my feeble attempts at exercise are almost non-existent. If I am honest, I exercise for 30 minutes at least twice a week. Not sure how much that is helping, but every little bit counts right?
I am in desperate need of an action plan. It seems as if I may have to schedule exercise on my calendar. Now the question is will I adhere to it. Who am I kidding? Exercising is not something I just love to do.
On the positive side, I have all my Spark Friends who will be happy, I'm sure, to give me some of the tips they use to carve out time for exercise.
