starts today. hope to lose 4 pounds in may.

mom not well. will make it harder to keep up with bootcamp, but gonna do it.
starting at 139. aiming for 130. and want to build muscle along the way. will be thrilled to end january at 135.
one week left. better use it well. must at least end up at my plateau. wish to be in 130's, though.
essentially have 3 weeks left to my summer, and haven't lost any weight. usually lose in the summer. better catch up.
it's hot , but i can do videos indoors.
