i see i was at this point a year ago. i still have a cold. i still weigh 139 pounds (at least i maintained) and i still aim for 135 by end of january. here we go again.

deb made me do this.
i wish i could ditch my "cold".
i wish my computer would behave. i spent many hours this week fixing my email because outlook express dumped 2 folders that got too big. cleaned out many duplicates.
i wish i will not gain weight till jan 2. i'd love to lose, but whom am i kidding?

The holidays are stressful- but just be mindful and work for those treats!

I think you have realistic goals for the next few weeks, and as long as you realize that it won't be a "loss" kind of month, you won't be disappointed.

And I can't bring myself to switch to Outlook for reasons just like that. You are a better person than me--I just passively resist...

    It's not a great time of year to be trying for actual loss. Especially this week, right before Christmas. Maybe aim for "no more than 2lbs gained before New Year" or something?

at least i'm not gaining. but i need to lose. exercising less cause can't shake my "cold". need to get better and back into aerobics and strength, especially with the eating challenges ahead!!
