I got 3 out of 7 workouts in for the week. I really need to get back my motivation to get them done!

I was pretty good during the week about staying in my calorie range. This weekend was a different story. I am going to do better this week and really stick to my food plan of 2 shakes a day! I am getting back to TRACKING EVERYTHING so I can really see where I am at.

I was pretty good about getting my 8+ glasses of water in for the week.

I gained 2 pounds this week.

    You can do this. You just need to tap into some motivation. Yesterday I put out a facebook message to my workout friends and asked them to help with my motivation to get out the door to run. It helped. If you can't find your own motivation, try to borrow some. Ask for help. Or better yet, get on sp and motivate others. You'd be surprised how motivating motivating others can be.

Oct. 6-12 In Review

I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in for the week.

I was good most of the week and even the weekend staying in my calorie range. I went over last night for dinner and know that I probably should have gone with only a 6" sub instead of the foot long, but it's a learning curve. We are always having to learn from our mistakes.

I was good all week about getting my water in.

I lost 3 pounds this week!

    You are rocking the house! Because this is a lifetime change, I don't think you should ever be disappointed, because you will have weeks where you get all workouts in, and weeks where you do not! And You will have days where you eat a little much, and days where you don't!!!
