I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in for the week.
I was good most of the week and even the weekend staying in my calorie range. I went over last night for dinner and know that I probably should have gone with only a 6" sub instead of the foot long, but it's a learning curve. We are always having to learn from our mistakes.
I was good all week about getting my water in.
I lost 3 pounds this week!
