Nov. 3-9 In Review

I got 7 out of 7 days of workouts in. Granted that a couple of the days were only about 3-4 minutes but it was still a workout.

I was good during the week about tracking everything and staying in my calorie range.

I still need to work more about getting my 8+ glasses of water in for the week. I wasn't as good as I have been on this area. Will work hard on it this week.

Lost 3 pounds this week!

Oct. 27-Nov. 2 In Review

I got 2 out of 7 days of workouts in. I am really going to focus on this and get at least 30 minutes in everyday.

I was good early in the week about staying in my calorie range. This weekend was not good at all and it showed.

I was good about getting my water in during the week. Yesterday after the night I had on Saturday I was good about my water.

I gained 4 pounds :(

Here's to a new week where I will make changes and make this start t0 go in the right direction!
