I got 2 out of 7 days of workouts in this week.
I was pretty good about staying in my calorie range. I think that this is the case. I didn't do as well as I should have with tracking. Something I am really going to focus on this week so I really know where I'm at.
I think that I was low on glasses of water during the week but made up for it over the weekend in preparation for my 1/2 marathon race.
I gained 2 pounds this week which was kind of frustrating because I thought that overall I had a pretty good week. Maybe it is just muscle from the day before.
Sunday I completed my second 1/2 marathon. I was able to cut 6 minutes off of my best time for a half. I completed it in 2:52:42. I went the farthest I have ever gone running before I had to start walking a bit. I was able to make it 8.5 miles before I had to stop and walk for bits.
