I got 3 out of 7 days of workouts in.
I was okay on my calories. I really didn't track a lot this week because I know that I wasn't sticking to my food plan. So, I guess I shouldn't say that I was okay with them because I really don't know.
I didn't get my water in this week like I should have.
I gained 1 pound this week.
Here's to a new week!
