I got 3 out of 7 workouts in for the week. I really need to get back my motivation to get them done!
I was pretty good during the week about staying in my calorie range. This weekend was a different story. I am going to do better this week and really stick to my food plan of 2 shakes a day! I am getting back to TRACKING EVERYTHING so I can really see where I am at.
I was pretty good about getting my 8+ glasses of water in for the week.
I gained 2 pounds this week.
