I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in (not always the one that I had scheduled, but at least something).
I was good during the week with tracking and keeping it most days in my calorie range. This weekend I didn't track and didn't do as well with my choices. I still just need to be really focused and committed on the weekends as well as during the week.
I wasn't good about my 8+ glasses of water in daily. I really need to work on this because I think it would really help my weight loss journey.
I gained 4 pounds this week. I am sure partly due to my dinner last night.
