I got 3 out of 7 days of workouts in.

I was pretty good most of the week with staying in my calorie range. I didn't track my food as much as I would have liked this week so I will work on that this week.

I did good through the week with getting my water in. The weekend wasn't as good.

I lost 2 pounds this week!

I got 2 out of 7 days of workouts in this week.

I was pretty good about staying in my calorie range. I think that this is the case. I didn't do as well as I should have with tracking. Something I am really going to focus on this week so I really know where I'm at.

I think that I was low on glasses of water during the week but made up for it over the weekend in preparation for my 1/2 marathon race.

I gained 2 pounds this week which was kind of frustrating because I thought that overall I had a pretty good week. Maybe it is just muscle from the day before.

Sunday I completed my second 1/2 marathon. I was able to cut 6 minutes off of my best time for a half. I completed it in 2:52:42. I went the farthest I have ever gone running before I had to start walking a bit. I was able to make it 8.5 miles before I had to stop and walk for bits.

    Smart idea with putting your workout schedule on here. I really like that idea and I like that you review it at the end of the week too. It sure looks like it is working for you. Keep up the great work and thanks for the extra motivation! emoticon
