  Good luck at the Packer's 5k! It's a thrill to run in the stadium! I ran part of the Cellcom Marathon Relay this year & ran in the Packer's Stadium & City Stadium! What a thrill! emoticon

July 14-20 In Review

I got 3 out of 7 days of workouts in for the week.

I was pretty good all week about sticking to my plan and staying within my calorie range. I'm trying really hard with this one.

I was pretty good as well about getting my 8+ glasses of water in this week. I'm still working on this one for the weekends.

I lost 2 pounds this week!

    I can't wait until I can run 6 miles. I'm so close! I only have another mile and a quarter until I get there. I'm determined to hit that milestone before August. Congrats. You're doing awesome!

July 7-13 In Review

I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in. I am really working on getting every single day in this coming week. I will be gone for the weekend, but going to try to still get workouts in.

During the week I was good about staying in my calorie range. The weekends are where I always struggle. This is another area that I need to work on.

Also during the week, I was really good about sticking to getting 8+ glasses of water in for the day. The weekends aren't as good, but are getting better. I will continue to work on this as well.

I lost 1 pound this week!
