I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in (not always the one that I had scheduled, but at least something).

I was good during the week with tracking and keeping it most days in my calorie range. This weekend I didn't track and didn't do as well with my choices. I still just need to be really focused and committed on the weekends as well as during the week.

I wasn't good about my 8+ glasses of water in daily. I really need to work on this because I think it would really help my weight loss journey.

I gained 4 pounds this week. I am sure partly due to my dinner last night.

  Your blog sounds lust like me. It's a struggle EVERY day but I know WE CAN DO IT!! Just keep on tracking and doing it one day at a time.

I got 2 out of 7 days of workouts in. I was running around a lot during the other days, but not my planned workouts.

I was pretty good about staying in my calorie range for the week.

I still need to work on getting my water in again. I used to be so good about this and haven't been as good lately.

I lost 4 pounds this week!
