Monday - 5 Mile Run
After I got home from work and before a Wellness Coaching appointment, I got a workout in. It wasn't my run yet. This one was my Herbalife24 Fit workout. This was the Phase 1 Spine & Pelvis Stabilization. I am going to try to stick to the entire 24 week program, so this was Week 1, Day 1.
After I got my son to bed, and knew that he was actually asleep, I got my 5 mile run done on the treadmill. I watched Netflix while I ran so it made the time go by quicker. I finished in 55:31.
I was a tad over on my calorie range for the day, but figured with all of the calories I burned during my workouts, I am okay overall.
I got 12 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 1 of 1 for the week for workouts!
