Oct. 20-26 In Review

I got 3 out of 7 days of workouts in for the week. I am really going to work hard at getting them all in this upcoming week. I am going to schedule the time to do the workouts and stick to it.

I was pretty good most days about staying in my calorie range. There were a couple of days that I was still emotional eating and didn't stick to my plan. This is another thing that I'm really going to work at this week!

I stayed the same with my weight this week!

Oct. 13-19 In Review

I got 3 out of 7 workouts in for the week. I really need to get back my motivation to get them done!

I was pretty good during the week about staying in my calorie range. This weekend was a different story. I am going to do better this week and really stick to my food plan of 2 shakes a day! I am getting back to TRACKING EVERYTHING so I can really see where I am at.

I was pretty good about getting my 8+ glasses of water in for the week.

I gained 2 pounds this week.

    You can do this. You just need to tap into some motivation. Yesterday I put out a facebook message to my workout friends and asked them to help with my motivation to get out the door to run. It helped. If you can't find your own motivation, try to borrow some. Ask for help. Or better yet, get on sp and motivate others. You'd be surprised how motivating motivating others can be.
