I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in.
I was VERY good about tracking everything all week. There were a few days where I was over, 1 day where I was under, but for the most part, I was in my calorie range for the day.
I wasn't as good about getting my 8+ glasses of water in for the week, so I will be working on that more this week.
I stayed the same this week.
