I walked 10 minutes and did 5 minutes stair step so far this early morning and ton,s of energy for the rest of the day.
today started slow walked 10 minutes this morning and walked up and down the stairs at least 15 minutes and waiting on the rain to go away so I can do some more stairs.hope everybody is having a great day.
well I challenged myself to walk 60 minutes at one time and I finally did it and This morning I walked 10 minutes.That,s 70 minutes for me today. Hip Hip huray.
hot hot hot I finally decided to put the ac,s in this morning the air is thick but it,s been a great day so for at least 20 minutes of sweating .
good thing about walking you get to see lots of people good day for me I hope you all had a good day to .It is warming up good for walking I don,t like the cold.
