HCG Drops R2 Day 13 of VLCD -153.5 lbs

So I restarted the HCG drops and weighed 161.5 as my start weight. That is 8 lbs in 13 days of the VLCD.

After my HCG Drops R1 ending weight (164.5) I went on the 4-Hour Body Diet and got down to 157 last winter. I got rather lazy about watching my cheat day for the next few months and balanced between 157 and 162, losing when I got serious about it for a week or so straight.

Expecting to lose another 7lbs in the next 18 days, doing a total of 30 days this time. Not sure how that will work since I am supposed to do 20 days or 40 days depending on my loss needs but I will start skipping a day of drops each Sunday starting this Sunday.

    Sounds like you are doing it right if you've been able to keep it off for 6 months! Congrats!

    I knew I needed to stabilize and then go another round. I am actually very proud of myself for losing another 7.5 lbs after the drops and maintaining within a 5 lb up-and-down scale of that....for about 6 months. My goal weight is 135 (though I should probably weigh less than that but am 54 years old and keeping it real). I should reach 147+- after this round, then going back on 4-Hour-Body (my lifetime way I need to eat) for several months. I will probably go back on the drops in the Fall for 20 days for my last 10...a weight I have not been in 11 years!!!!

After living for the past 6 years, steadily gaining, between 154 and 187, this feels fantastic! I am the lowest I have been in 6 years and, once the 1st 25 was lost, I have never gone back up since! Woohoo!

4-Hour Body 159.5 - 25lbs lost

Sorry it's been so long. Doing great! I waivered between 164 and 162 for the longest time and then this past week went from 163.5 to 159.5 in a flash!

Also found that taking the vitamins later in the day keeps the stomach ache away!

So I got down to 163.5 last Friday before we went camping. Planned to have a cheat day which turned more into a cheat weekend. Monday morning, weighed 168.5. Tue, 168. Wed, 165.5. Today, 162.5! Took me three days to lose from that cheat day/weekend but wow! I think I am going to keep my cheat days to every other weekend in general...though this Saturday is my husband's birthday and we are going to Ray's Hell Burger in Arlington for lunch! (might just cheat by having the bun that one time)

The biggest issue I'm having is learning how to take the supplements and my vitamins without all these stomach issues. I take the PAGG stack with breakfast, lunch, and before bed, along with a bunch of vitamins. I've found that, if I break the vitamins up and take the B-Complex and Calcium in the morning (after eating), then take the rest after lunch, it works better but most mornings I have to take an acid reducer to avoid severe nausea and upset stomach.

What's interesting is that, over the weekend while camping, I took no supplements or vitamins and ate some carbs and my stomach was great all weekend!

Woohoo! Lost 2 more lbs so I am back to my post HCG weight. I lost 20 lbs in 40 days of the drops, gained 4 lbs the first two days of eating more and then lost 2 in the next two days but was sick all the next week introducing all the 'good' digestive enzymes into my system until 3 days ago when I started losing again and feeling better.
