Tropical smoothie

For breakfast I had this tropical smoothie. I guess that's what I would call it seeing as I bought the fruit in a container saying it was tropical fruit. It had a few pieces of the following fruit; mango, honeydew, cantaloupe, and kiwi. I blended that all together and then added a 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt. Then blended some more. It was good but the after taste it left in my mouth was pretty dang nasty to say in the least. I don't think I will try that again for a good long time because the after taste was so bad. On the up side it had less than 200 calories.

So I finally plucked up the courage to check the scale after this weekends misadventures......and...... I did gain. :-( Not much but it puts me behind a little on meeting my goal that is set for next week. :-( I will just have to work harder.

Well I kinda went off my diet this weekend. Saturday wasn't too bad but Sunday all I did was eat out, because I wasn't home. It started with breakfast at McDonald's , then out for lunch with friends at a sub shop then dinner at a bar... I am pretty sure I ruined last weeks loss. But hey I just gotta keep trying. Maybe it wont be as bad as I think it is. But it probably is. Oh well just gotta work harder on my days off from work. At work its really easy to eat right and do what I am supposed to do because I have my controlling dad watching me like its his job or something. But on my days off this makes me want to just go crazy so I have to be careful. So hopefully I will do better on Wednesday and Thursday.

Today I am feeling very tired... I get enough sleep but I guess the quality isn't there. Had a Smoothie for breakfast. They have become my new favorite thing! Todays had pineapple and banana and some goji berries. Tomorrows will have some kumquats, papaya, and pineapple. Blah to tired to keep writing.

    Hope you are feeling a bit more "chipper" emoticon today ... I felt like that yesterday too. I think my tired feeling had to do with allergies, had a terrible headache also. But then again it could have been from all my snoring! emoticon

    I feel ya 100% today. I am SOOOOOOOO tired. I had a fantastic work out last night, put new sheets on the bed, took in 7hours of sleep, but today I am DRAGGGGGGGGGING! I'm hoping my the new hour I'll be feeling better and more motivated for the day. The smoothies you're making sound wonderful, pineapple is my favorite!

So for breakfast I had that wonderful smoothie and that was around 8ish am. Then for lunch at 11am I had a piece of white bread with a tuna fish salad mix ( tuna mayo hard boiled eggs ) and I have been having the shakes a lot lately and I just took my blood sugar and it was 99. Should I be concerned? Yesterday was horrible tho I was grumpy the whole day and short tempered. And I have shaky hands all the time...
