I think I celebrated the success of my 3 pound weight loss a little too quickly because i feel like I ate nothing but junk all weekend. Let's recap:
Friday night - High fiber spaghetti.
Saturday - I cooked brunch and invited my parents over. We had salmon croquettes, biscuits (I only had one), sausage ( I didn't have any), grits and juice. I let myself indulge in the salmon but I didn't really eat much else. I did, however, have about 4 7 oz cups of juice. Lunch that afternoon was....some leftover pico de gallo with tortilla chips and leftover spaghetti I cooked the night before. i munched all night on various things (chips, an apple, almonds). I just kept munching! I had leftover spaghetti for dinner too.
Sunday - didn't eat breakfast at all. Lunch was an order of corn nuggets and 2 peach muffins with a strawberry lemondae I didnt mean to eat that but I was out running errands and remembered that I didn't eat and needed something on my stomach. Dinner was baked chicken with sauteed zucchini and squash and corn, with a half of cup of white rice.
I munched throughout the night on pico de gallo (I'm hooked on pico de gallo right now. At least it's healthy) whenever I got hungry so that I wouldn't eat any junk food.
I didnt' work out at all since I try to take the weekends off to rest but I did manage to get to bed early.
