First Mini Goal List Update Blog for January 2014

Thursday, January 30, 2014

We are at the end of the month so here we go with where I stand with the Mini Goal list.

Completed 7 Mini Goals in the month of January (1, 25, 27, 28, 37, 49, 86)

I was hoping to complete more but I've been sidelined with a nasty cold and work/school obligations so I decided it was appropriate for me to take some self imposed "me time" at the end of this month and rest. Hopefully by the end of February we will see the front end of the list whittled down a bit.

My 100 Mini Goal List for 2014

Wednesday, January 01, 2014

Happy New Year everyone!

The new year brings new opportunity and a new outlook to what the year can bring.

Last year's mini goal list taught me a few things. The first of which was that I am too focused on weight as a number to beat - it doesn't work that way. Also trying to schedule things for weeks at a time does not work for me either.

This years list has a focus on experiences - and not just weight loss related. These are experiences to follow through on and to help me grow as a person. This year is not going to be about weight loss for me but about personal experience, completion and change of habit. My goal is to change the inner me and see if weight loss will be the side effect.

Here is my 2014 100 Mini Goal List:
