Ok today's weight is NOT where i want to be. I put it in because i feel it is necessary for me to continue on my journey. If i ignore the gain it does not help me, but if i put it out there for all to see i can learn from it and take responsibility for it.
I am the only one that is responsible for my weight. It's not anyone elses responsibility besides mine, so i am owning up to it. I could blame it on that time of the month which it is. It may be water weight, but either way it is a gain and not a loss. I feel if i only account and make the weight loss obvious i am not "gaining" anything. If i make my weight gain public i can learn from it and not just ignore it. I can make the changes i need to and look over why i may have gained it. My diet has been poor lately and full of unhealthy fatty foods. I know i need to change my diet and eat healthier. As for exercise i believe i have been pretty regular with that lately but if my eating is poor then exercise doesn't fix that.
Time to look at the way i have been doing things lately and change what i need to to get back on track. I know i can't do that alone so i reach out to the people here that know what i am going through. I always appreciate support of others and that's what makes this site so awesome!!!
