Two months since I've blogged, can hardly believe it's time to start thinking about July goals. Have a couple of pounds off, but progress is slow. The support of my small weight loss group helps a lot, and the past two weeks I have returned to honest journaling and it seems to be helping. I reach a point where I think I have all the information in my mind and I'll just "do it", but revert to old habits at the end of the day. The only change in my journaling from before is to track mood at each meal and snack as well as food. The new dog keeps my step count up, that probably doesn't hurt either. My immediate goal is to show at least a small loss on Thursday, which will make 3 consecutive losing weeks.
