Lost another pound at weigh in today. That makes 3 total for the month of October. That doesn't seem like a lot, but it's huge progress for me. Have been focusing on portion control and cutting off snacking after dinner. Not successful 100% of the time, but food diary is looking better. In November plan to stick with what I've been doing: tracking food, portion control, and trying to add a few steps to the fitbit every day. I'm enjoying going to meetings and getting an "official" weekly WI again. I thought I knew it all at this point, but the community aspect of the meetings plus that little hint of competition seems to be helping. My mantra for November: "Don't give up, you're totally worth it."
