Hay! What about the cheering?

Thursday, July 18, 2013

II met the person who had originally talked to me about the necessity to loose weight. I had lost 16 lbs in 4 months, I expeced cheers and back-slapping, but the person was moderately glad. No what I hoped for at all, now I need another motivator.

You are making progress in the right direction! Good for you!

Sometimes we just have to cheer for ourselves.

Are you noticing other changes besides the scale? Clothes fitting looser? Noticeable differences when you look in the mirror? Remember to celebrate those, too!

You have every reason to feel proud of yourself for losing 16 pounds.

I love restaurants that give calorie values.

Saturday, June 22, 2013

I fell off the vegetarian wagon the other day; the reason I saw a steak dinner on the menu at Marie Callendars and the whole plate was only 650 calories. I couldn't resist it and was so grateful that the restaurant gave the calorie count so I didn't have to try and add up individual items. The steak was so good that I wasn't even tempted by all those pies on display at the cash desk.

Mcdonalds is doing that , as well as Applebees, I so respect places who are now doing that so we totally know what we are eating.

You have a Marie Callenders?? Ours closed!! emoticon

value of eating peppers and tomatoes.

Thursday, May 09, 2013

These two, peppers and tomatoes contain nicotine which may prevent Parkinsons disease.
