Vicki got the all clear on anaemia yesterday just waiting on some minor biopsy results.
Thank you all for your kind messages, much appreciated.
Lovely day here, core workout and a lovely invigorating walk along the beach honing in on the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun...........ah bliss
for all your prayers for Vicki- they seem to have been answered!
Just got back, she's got a clean bill of health as for as the anaemia is concerned so she's pressing ahead with the operation, on the waiting list for 3-6 months time.
Well today poor ole Vicki has another hospital visit and John has done his back in so although she's driving herself there for the appt we're going later to be with her for the results.
No way can John get in and out of his car and drive right now.
Keep her in your prayers please, she's having a procedure to detect anaemia; a tube is being inserted down her throat but she gags when even brushing her teeth so is dreading it. I think she's be "under" when they do it but she's anxious to say the least.
If she's anaemic it could mean they need to treat that first before they go ahead with a much needed operation.
Core workout first then I'm taking a walk, might go into Hopton where the holiday park is. You may remember we stayed there when visiting John and Vicki before we moved and while we were house hunting up here last summer.
The owner is paying for sea defences to protect the coastline and hence the park- it'll be interesting to see what's going on. . www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfol k-27039669
We saw some huge barges out at sea during the week and had to think to make the connection that were carrying the boulders needed.
