So tomorrow was my mom's birthday and I managed to stay in the calorie range, didn't eat cake but it was a spice cake and I'm not a big fan of those. I might be a little sneaky and eat some ice cream today, let see how my calories look later on. Also plan on walking with a friend I haven't seen in forever. I'm proud of that because she wanted to go out to eat and I was like or we could go for a walk? I mean it will take just as long and we can talk the whole time without having to deal with me playing the can I have butter game. Also plan on some upper body today. I really need to start building my arms back up. I got kind of lazy with the strength training.
