new weigh in (pre pregnancy weight)

Ok I have been loving the weight loss and feeling better and fitting into old clothes. However my weigh in today showed me that I have hit prepregnancy weight. where as my original goal was to hit it, I don't think I'm done. It obviously works and I was still overweight when I got pregnant, so I will continue to try and lose weight. I might actually shoot for what I want my body to look like and not stop until then. My stomach isn't as small as it once was (having kids will do that to you) but I am so happy today. I might even reward myself with some extra yoga to truly appreciate how my body moves now! GO ME AND GO SPARKPEOPLE!

New weigh in

So I hit my second goal of 180 today, well actually I hit 178.8. So I'm pretty excited! Now to begin the journey to 170. I'm only 3.8 pounds away from pre pregnancy weight. Time to get more serious because I would really love to be on the other side of 170 before Thanksgiving, I'm shooting for the fourth, so if I want to lose that 8.8 before then I'm going to have to step it up. I'm even taken a note from a very good penpal of mine to start having motivational outfits to help encourage me. Once I hit pre baby weight I'm going through my old box of clothes to see what can fit again! Wish me luck and I hope everyone's weigh in went as well as mine!

day 82 Feeling great

So I haven't exercised this week as much as I should have but today is super cleaning day and I'm looking forward to it. I can't wait to actually get stuff in my house is order and hopefully fit in a workout today. If not no biggie, I have to learn not to be ashamed just because I'm to tired after a full day ya know?

    Learn that if you miss a workout or don't feel it. It is okay to take some time to relax and look forward to when you are raring to go.
You are doing well. Keep at it, don't get discouraged. You did not accumulate the weight over night, so be patient in how you lose it.

Day 78 (new weigh in)

I have officially lost twenty pounds! I started at 202 and I'm currently 182. I'm so grateful for this website and all the help I have gotten. I owe sparkpeople a lot. This is a wonderful feeling. I can't wait until I can say I lost 30 pounds then maybe forty. Who knows? Doesn't seem so hard to lose weight now.

Day 77

So tomorrow was my mom's birthday and I managed to stay in the calorie range, didn't eat cake but it was a spice cake and I'm not a big fan of those. I might be a little sneaky and eat some ice cream today, let see how my calories look later on. Also plan on walking with a friend I haven't seen in forever. I'm proud of that because she wanted to go out to eat and I was like or we could go for a walk? I mean it will take just as long and we can talk the whole time without having to deal with me playing the can I have butter game. Also plan on some upper body today. I really need to start building my arms back up. I got kind of lazy with the strength training.
