I have always thought of myself as pretty persistent when it comes to some things. This problem with my foot has really knocked me for a loop. I know I'm going to get through this, it's just frustrating to have yet another setback.
Since Plan A is a no-go, well . . .
It's time to take the turn:
In the scheme of things, my problems are so small. Hubby & I watched the news last night & were shocked at the devastation in Oklahoma after that horrible tornado. My heart just goes out to them. My foot is no big deal -- it will heal in time.
One of my assignments on SparkCoach today was to come up with a plan for busting stress. I've been doing this for awhile now & I decided to share my tips with you. Next time you're stressed, give one or two of these a try.
You know I'm a visual person, so you get photos, too.
Drink a cup of tea (chamomile tea is very calming).
Take a bath.
Read a book or the Bible (this is one of my faves).
Listen to music (another fave).
Put on your favorite dance music & DANCE (this one's just down-right FUN).
Go get some exercise (another fave).
