I've been on a plateau since September 23. Ugh!! But, I have been sick during that time & had to go off my allergy meds for a week to be retested to see how my allergies are doing. (They are much, much better, by the way -- allergy shots do work).
Anyway, I know that my body has been fighting, so I really can't fault it for hanging out at the same weight for awhile. But it is frustrating, to say the least.
So, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing -- stay within my calorie range, do strength training 3 times a week & cardio 3 times a week -- until this annoying plateau breaks.
Once I hit the 15 lb. mark, I will post some before & after pics & then I can FINALLY download some new books to my Kindle. No new books until I hit 15 lbs. lost!!!
