I always try to title a blog first and it never fits what I say. :)
I am admittedly feeling a bit pissed with the new format of my weight loss program. I totally understand it but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Every 15 pounds - you cease taking the main supplement for one week and take a detox supplement or an antioxidant supplement, etc. This does several things including giving a break from the main supplement and when restarting the supplement it is like restarting the program. Yeah I get it. The week off is "not a weight loss week." Not happy that my weight stayed the same for 10 days.
Ok I'm done complaining. Still plugging along. I refuse to quit but man this part really sucked.
Breakfast I was on the run so I had a protein bar and an apple.
today for lunch i am eating
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup mushrooms
9 snap peas
1/2 cup cottage cheese
a little weight watchers flat bun thing toasted
for my eating plan this meal counts as 1 1/2 veggies, 1 protein, 1/2 dairy and 1 starch.
it is tasting great.
for supper i am having fresh salmon (well as fresh as it gets in Alberta) and veggies. 1 1/2 protein and 2 veggies
tonight I am having my frozen protein banana strawberry smoothie icecream treat. this counts as 1/2 protein and 1 fruit.
I will have to have a starch, 1/2 dairy and a fruit sometime during the day to get all my food in.
I am stuffed from lunch.
I sure needed to be reminded about the joys of healthy foods.

Right now I am eating a very thick strawberry smoothie that tastes like a milkshake.
I take one frozen hm quickie protein vanilla drink add 1 cup of strawberries and a small teaspoon of ground flaxseed. IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! On my eating plan it counts as 1/2 a protein (i get 4 proteins a day) and 1 fruit (i get 3 fruits a day). I am so going to make more and freeze the mixture to eat as icecream in the evenings. It is so good. I have found my summer treat. I'm going to put it into two containers and the serving will only count as 1/4 protein and 1/2 fruit. I am so amazed at the taste. I have also in the past had a frozen hm chocolate quickie protein drink and mixed it with instant decaf coffee. Like mocha icecream or a fancy coffee drink.
Anyways I am really happy I found a "ice cream" treat that doesnt use up my dairy serving.
Otherwise - weight loss is slow this week - TOM - but will resume I know.

Had a crazy last few weeks at work. Our company was accredited - a huge process. But it is done and hopefully another three years till we are reviewed again.
I feel like I can sleep for a week.
Just wanting to check in - I had an eating day yesterday - I did not eat enough for about 5 days - not feeling well. So yesterday I knew I had to eat more or my weight loss would stall. I ate more than planned - and the dumb part is I still had a stomach ache - from whatever flu it is that's keeping me not hungry. So today I am back on track with regular eating.
Which is good. I apologise for this boring story and I am going to bed.
