Life On a Good

I love my life. I can say everyday has a lot of great moments. There are challenging times as well. I feel this is what makes me stronger. There are days that I find things I like about myself, as well as dislikes. It may take me a little longer to change some things. emoticon

I love how I feel after I exercise. I try to stay focus on what needs to be accomplish prior to exercising. So, when the time come I am some what prepared. This is not easy, just trying to keep it real. emoticon

  


Staying On Track

I fell last week while attending a bootcamp . I injured my knee at the time, but I continued to work out. The next day I attended a zumba class because, I did not want to lose sight of my goal. emoticon Well, for the last four days I have not done any type of exercise trying to take care of leg. It appears that I have pulled a muscle or two. I fell the need to exercise. I plan to go to zumba class and try to see what I can handle. TOOOOOO Scared to stop. emoticon

    I understand the feeling, but remember our bodies need time to rest and recover from workouts, too! Make sure to ice your leg or see a doctor. You can do arm exercises working with small weights while your leg heals!

New Day

Today is starting off a little slow. I am at work at this time. I feel like a need a pick me upper.. I have to get into the mood. I did start my day with a good low calorie breakfast. emoticon

Staying Focused

I find staying focus is easier, when I am on track with planning out my days. I am telling you, it has been trying lately. I can see weight lose and gain in one week if I don't have my routine on point. I try not to get upset emoticon. I have to stay on track.
