Added 1 new exercise

Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Lately i've been forced to use the stair more often. So now i'm climbing 3-4 flights of stairs at least twice per day. Who knows...maybe my plateau time will end. Whatever happens (or not) i'm still going to keep working out.
Thanks SP followers for all your support and help. :)

Taking the stairs is a great idea! Any extra activity should definitely help you. And you have to stick with it. Plateaus suck but you just have to persevere through them. You will eventually figure out what works for your body and get that scale moving down again. Weight loss is such a long journey. Just stick with it! You can do it!

The stairs are good as they will add to your fitness minutes. Any little thing will add up so be happy.

I haven't had a lot of time to work out as of late as well and todays already the middle of the month?

Stick with it. I plateaued for four weeks before having a weight loss. SP helped me through it by tracking nutrition and exercise. Good Luck! emoticon

There's hope....maybe

Have upped the workout minutes so am hoping that this will kick-start some weight loss. Have (sort of) sworn off stressing too much about my l-o-n-g plateau period. Let's see if this works at all. Here's to hope.....

Holding & Waiting

Tuesday, December 03, 2013

Am holding on to the same weight i had months ago. Have changed my exercise routine some to see if that helped. Also have been eating less....nothing changes. Still waiting for some weight to go away. emoticon

I'm having the same problem - carefully tracking food and exercise for weeks and weeks and nothing happens. I finally decided that if I keep doing what I need to do to be optimally healthy, sooner or later SOMETHING's got to happen...and it will. We've just got to be patient.

Thank you for visiting my blog and for leaving a comment. Your support and encouragement means a lot.

Okay...i've stopped (sort-of) stressing over the lack of weight loss. Mainly because it has been a fruitless endeavor. So.....i hold and wait but with a little less stress. :)

Muscle is way heavier than fat! If you are exercising than you are weighing heavier.
Have you lost inches or is there any evidence your health is improving?

I'm with you, my weight has been the same for months, I have changed up the exercise and food. Hopefully we will both start losing soon.

Keep looking for other signs. Sometimes weight just has to redistribute before it goes away again - at least, that's what I've found.

Do not stress your body is just adjusting, when it is ready the weight will come off again, just keep up the great work

Hi and how much

Thursday, August 15, 2013

First just wanted to say "hi" to everyone. Second thing-know it has been asked and answered before but...you're supposed to drink 8 glasses of water per day. What size glass? If i drink 16.9 oz bottle of water is that just 1 glass or more?

"glass" equals 8 ozs -- so 4 of your bottles is great!

Each 8 ouce serving is considered one glass.....thus if you drink 3.8 16.9 oz bottles you have met your serving...

Hope this helps :)
